Nonlinear vibration analysis and stability analysis of rotor systems with multiple localized nonlinearities

This study proposes a methodology to analyze the nonlinear vibration characteristics of rotor systems with multiple localized nonlinearities adopting Finite Element Method (FEM), free interface Component Mode Synthesis (CMS) method, and modified Incremental Harmonic Balance (IHB) method. The system is supported by squeeze film dampers (SFDs) on both sides, at nodes SFD arrangement, strong local will appear due fluid-film forces. reducing degree freedom rotating factors combining IHB method proposed for first time in this paper.
